We do try our best that you receive the goods hassle free. The courier company or shipping agent in most of the cases get the custom clearance and deliver the goods to you at your doorstep. You will have to pay to the courier/agent any applicable custom duty, tax or VAT, if the same is charged to the courier and paid by him. This we do in good faith, but as laws vary from time to time and country to country we cannot guarantee it. So in that case, custom clearance is the responsibility of the buyer.
For the goods shipped through Courier companies such as UPS, DHL or FedEx etc., the courier company takes care of all custom clearnce formalities and deliver the goods at your doorstep. Normally there is no duty if the value of the consignment is under US $ 500 and goods are meant for personal use (non commercial use). But as laws vary from country to country, and if any duty, tax or VAT is applicable and paid by the courier company, it will be collected from the buyer at 'To Collect' at the time of delivery by the courier company. |
